Right-To-Use Weeks
Owners in good standing may use the weeks currently owned or controlled by the Council of Owners in addition to their own week(s) at Lakewood in our Right-To-Use Program (RTU).

• Available weeks are listed below. Call Debbie Feaster to confirm availability.
  
• Unit/weeks in parenthesis (#) indicates the unit is booked.
  
• RTU pricing Fall, Winter and Spring for units 2-11 is $650 per week or $400 per 3 night weekend (checkout anytime Monday)
  
• RTU pricing for unit 1 is $700 per week and $450 per weekend
  
• Summer Weeks 22-36 , RTU equals the assessment for the unit--effective January 1, 2023
  
• To book a week in the RTU program, fill out the RTU Form, enclose with your check and mail.
  
• There is no limit to the number of weeks you can use in addition to the week(s) that you own.
  
• The RTU program is administered on a first come first served basis.
  
• Maintenance fees must be paid before you can book RTU week.
• Starting at the October General Meeting, RTUs can be booked for the coming year.
