Lakewood Resorts features lakefront views, an on-site boat dock and slips, and picnic areas with fire pits from every unit, perfect for gathering and relaxing. An indoor pool and outdoor tennis courts assist in making the most of your time at Lakewood, year after year.


Our Resort has Three Different Floor Plans:


  • Unit 1 has 4 bedrooms (including a loft) and 3 bathrooms
  • Units 2 - 8 have 3 bedrooms (including a loft) and 3 bathrooms
  • Units 9 - 11 have 3 bedrooms (including an open loft) and 3 bathrooms (including a main floor bathroom)

At Lakewood Resorts, ownership is divided up into specific timeshare weeks, based on the Timeshare Calendar—as listed in our chart. Each timeshare is available in a one-week interval, numbered from 1 to 52. The calendar makes it super easy to look up a week number in order to see its check-in dates for any given year, with week owners having a Friday check-in date.


Lakewood Resorts is a proud member of Interval International, following the same calendar system to simplify ownership. You can exchange your week at Lakewood in the Interval International (II) exchange program, exploring destinations all over the world!
