For even greater flexibility, owners may choose to join Interval International for an additional fee paid directly to Interval International. Membership gives you the opportunity to exchange your Lakewood Resorts vacation week for stays at participating Interval International resorts throughout the United States and around the world.
Interval International also offers its Getaway Program, which allows members to book additional vacations at select resorts at discounted rates—without giving up your Lakewood Resorts vacation week.

Timeshare Calendar Weeks
At Lakewood Resorts, ownership is divided up into specific timeshare weeks, based on the Timeshare Calendar—as listed in our chart. Each timeshare is available in a one-week interval, numbered from 1 to 52. The calendar makes it super easy to look up a week number in order to see its check-in dates for any given year, with week owners having a Friday check-in date.
Lakewood Resorts, as a proud member of Interval International, follows the same calendar system to simplify ownership. You can exchange your week at Lakewood in the Interval International (II) exchange program, exploring destinations all over the world!

For Sale by Owner
From time to time, an owner may decide that it is the right time to sell their deeded timeshare property.
All timeshare units offered For Sale by Owner (FSBO) are handled directly between the seller and prospective buyer, with the seller and buyer free to engage a licensed realtor, attorney, or other professional of their choosing to assist with the transaction.
Lakewood Resorts is not a party to the sale or responsible for negotiating or completing the transaction. Upon completion of the sale, Lakewood Resorts must be notified and provided with the appropriate documentation so that the ownership records can be updated.
